Booking FAQs

The massage you book sets your level of consent. We have to assume the massage you book is the massage you wanted. Please feel free to ask to upgrade your massage at any point if you wish. Ensure you have extra funds if this is something you may want to do. You must understand the type of massage service you’ve booked, including what’s included and what’s not.
If you book online and then contact us repeatedly asking basic questions that are covered on the site and in the booking process, we are obligated to cancel your booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Considering the service you’re looking to book, haggling is very insulting.
Our prices are non-negotiable, and if you try to haggle, we will kindly decline to proceed with any booking and direct you to look for another service provider. Without wanting to be too blunt, no, we don’t price match. You’re not buying a fridge from John Lewis. If price is the primary factor in your decision-making process and you’ve been quoted cheaper elsewhere, why not give them a try?

‘But I want a 2-hour Deluxe but only want to pay for a 60-minute Standard’ – Wonderful, I want a Porsche, but only want to pay for a Ford. Sadly, life doesn’t work that way.

Firstly, you can’t have a massage ‘right now’ unless you’re already standing outside my door. You will need travel time. Secondly, ‘I want to get my massage right now or never’ type of message can come across as a little rude.

In the nicest possible way, we don’t respond well to a booking request that is the equivalent of someone clicking their fingers. Any decent masseur will have bookings and isn’t just sitting there twiddling their thumbs. We cannot accept bookings with less than 30 minutes’ notice, as we require a small amount of time before and after every appointment to ensure everything is cleaned to the highest standard.

It is fine to ask about the soonest available appointment slot, or you can check our booking page to see the available slots for yourself.

There is no way of saying this without sounding sarcastic, so apologies in advance, but you’d be surprised how many times we get asked. Sadly, if the time slot you want isn’t showing as available, then sorry, we’re not available at that time. Please kindly do not contact us asking for a time that isn’t listed on the booking system, just in case you were available.

No sorry. The looking is part of the fun, so we wouldn’t want to take this away from you. Also, I don’t know your preferences, so I can’t recommend effectively. A simple Google search can find you other options.

No, sadly not. We share one massage room, so we are unable to do this. The best option for this is two massages back to back or one in-call and one out-call.

No sorry. Not once in 7+ years has anyone who claimed to ‘need’ to video chat to book actually had any genuine interest in booking.
We do not offer free video chat to people pretending to want a massage.
